Search Engine Evaluator Course – Do You Really Need it?

Lately, there has been many search engine evaluator courses by purported experts coming up online.

They claim that they have been among the top 10 percentile of raters, they claim to be ex-rater (evaluator), they claim to have been working as an evaluator for like 3+ years. Their claims changes all the time.

It pains me to see all these so-called experts selling courses to gullible people.

When you are sick, you go to a doctor, not to a quack.

When you need a surgery, you go see a surgeon, you don’t go to a dentist.

Similarly, when you need a search engine evaluator course, you go to a search engine evaluator himself who has been working as one and been blogging about it since 2016.

If you go the archives section of this blog, ( it will be at the right side of this blog post if you are reading this on a desktop/laptop, or at the bottom of this post if you are reading this on a mobile device) and scroll down to the earliest month which is December 2016, you would see my earliest post from that month.

My post from 24th (here) and 25th December (here) 2016, were about me working as a search engine evaluator with Leapforce, now known as Appen.

Leapforce as a company no longer exists, it has been acquired by Appen and has been re-branded as Appen.

If you don’t want to go the archives section yourself and verify my earliest blog posts about search engine evaluator, you can watch this video instead.

Did you see since when I have been blogging about it?

Did you see all the social proofs of me working as a search engine evaluator?

Before enrolling in to any course, you see first see whether they are an AUTHORITY in their field or not.

You should see whether they are EXPERTS or not.

You should see whether they are TRUSTWORTHY or not?

Do they have any proof online to back up their claims or are they just claiming to be experts?

As for me, you can check my archives or just watch that video. Very simple to verify my EXPERTISE, AUTHORITY & TRUSTWORTHINESS in this field.

But wait there is more.

How about if I show you the payments that I received from Appen from working as a search engine evaluator.

Shall I show you screenshots or actual video proofs? Let me give you a video proof. I made $2007 being an Indian, and we are just paid half of what Americans or others are paid.

Watch the video here –

You would notice that the payments from the month of October. That is because, previously Leapforce used to pay us via Western Union and we were explicitly prohibited form sharing any payment details.

Afyet acquiring Leapforce, Appen rebranded it as Appen Connect and also changed the payment method to Payoneer in Septmeber 2018. Since then, we have been paid via Payoneer.

Hence the above payments are from October 2018 only.

If you want to see my earliest income reports, you can go here –http://outsidethatcubicle.com/category/income-reports/

I posted my first income report here, the second one here. They were all posted in January 2017.

Now that I’ve established my credentials as a expert search engine evaluator, let us dive in a little more.

Who is this course for?

This Search Engine Evaluator course is for anyone who is looking to crack the search engine evaluator / rater qualification test for Appen (Leapforce), Lionbridge, Raterlabs and iSoftstone and work for their client – Google.

Please note that search engine evaluators are also called as

  • Internet Analyst
  • Personalized Internet Assessor
  • Internet Safety Analyst
  • Web Content Judge
  • Rater, and so on.

Hence the qualification test name could also differ in different search engine evaluator companies.

Search Engine evaluator job is a perfect job for anyone who is looking for consistent monthly income without leaving the comfort of your home or even if you got babies crying around. This non-phone job is in high demand for good reasons.

Who am I and why you should take my course?

I have more than just established my credentials via video proofs above. I am all about integrity, honesty and truthfulness. These values are very important to me.

If you still aren’t convinced that I’ve the expertise, authoritativeness and trustworthiness when it comes to search engine evaluation, you may look around for courses by other so called experts.

No one, I repeat, no one has documented their journey with Appen (previously Leapforce) or any other search engine evaluator company like I did since December 2016, No one has produced search engine evaluator income reports like me since January 2017. You can check it out HERE

Why do you need this course?

I have referral links placed all over my website that leads to Appen/Leapforce – the company where I work as search engine evaluator.

Out of thousands that I’ve referred, only few of them have gone on to actually qualify and work as search engine evaluators.

Why?

Because they couldn’t crack the qualification test for search engine evaluator.

It is a very tough exam and hardly 1 out of 100 people make it through. The passing score is 90%, not 40% unlike our school exams.

Hence they fail at it and complain about it  in reddit.

While some people fail despite putting in the work and for lack of little bit of practice (which this course will give you enough of), some people fail due to lack of time because you have to finish reading 164+ page General Guideline that has hundreds of links that we have to click through and study to really understand the concepts being discussed.

And we only get like 7 days to read the something entirely new and finish the three part qualification test.

If you have a got  a full-time job and or if you have got a baby to look out for or if you are a student, it is difficult to be 100% focussed and prepare for this test.

So if you want to work as search engine evaluator and make up to $2007 (like I did), you need this course !

And I highly recommend you to take this course before you attempt their qualification test.

Once you crack their test, you can work as a search engine evaluator and make a consistent full (or side) income.

Why I created this search engine evaluator course?

It’s very simple to answer.

To help you make consistent income online working as a search engine evaluator.

Since people fail this test and they can’t make it through, I thought why not make a course out of the experience that I have got and the knowledge that I have accumulated working as search engine evaluator for almost 3 years now.

I though why not simplify the concepts, teach it in a easy to learn manner and help people crack this test.

Hence I built this search engine evaluator course.

Another reason why I built this course was because I was saddened by proliferation of online courses about this job by so called experts.

People whose claims cannot be verified, people who haven’t been talking about it like I have been, started building and selling courses. That hurt me. Hence I built this course since I have the social proof of me working as an evaluator, and a demonstrated expertise at this job.

Is this course for a complete newbie or for somebody who had already appeared for the test before?

Well I have two courses.

One is for a complete newbie who has no idea what a search engine evaluator is.

And the other is for somebody who had already appeared for this test before but failed.

Please note that I built a separate website just for the search engine evaluator course. So if you click on the links below, you would be re-directed to this site –

Here are the courses –

What is the cost of these two search engine evaluator courses?

  1. Search Engine Evaluator Traning Course for complete newbies costs $69
  2. Search Engine Evaluator Crash Course costs $49

But here is the thing.

Almost all the companies that hires search engine evaluators pays via Payoneer.

Now when you sign up for Payoneer with my link here, you will be paid $25 bonus as soon as you are paid $1000 in to your Payoneer account.

Sign and get $25 here – PAYONEER SIGN UP

So that brings down the cost of the course by $25

So you are effectively getting the first course for complete newbies for just $44 – Buy Here

and the second crash course for those who had already attempted the test for just $24 – Buy Here

And you will make that money back in just few hours of working as search engine evaluators.

Why don’t you sell your courses for $15 with just 30 practice quizzes?

Do you like a half-cooked food?

You don’t right.

I can make several mini-versions of this course, but it won’t really help you. I will make money from you, but you won’t get enough practice to crack the test.

I want you to be fully prepared with more than enough practice of quizzes inside the course.

Moreover, every mini-courses has upsells, meaning you will be asked to upgrade to the full-course. So.

Got any questions about the course?

  5. sanghamitra

is there any gurranty to pass the exam after completing the course

    1. Sam

No one can guarantee that right? It’s like asking your college to guarantee you a job after completing a degree. 😀

However, you can learn a lot from my mistakes and the lessons I learnt in the process. Many people have gone on to pass the test thanks to my course.

  6. Diego

Hey there Sam! How exactly does the qualification test work? I am from Brazil and I have applied for Appen, but when I open my main page, there are many projects available and just beside each of them there is a “qualify” button. Is there a specific test for each project? I thought it was only one, the hard one you give us tips to pass.

    1. Sam Narzary

There are tests for every projects. This course is for Project Yukon only, which is the oldest project, and where one can work for long long time.

      1. Diego

Sam thank you for your reply! Sorry to ask you again but, do you know how many times a year does Yukon open new projects? So far, there are only social media evaluator available on my page.

        1. Sam

They tend to open at least 3/4 times a year. You can also check out Lionbridge for the same project – the call them “internet asssesor” or “rater”

  7. Nwankwo Franklin

Can I work for this companies as a Nigerian and what are my chances in terms of payment_how much for the hour

    1. Sam Narzary

Hi, please go to their official websites and see if they are hiring in your country or not. And the payments won’t be as high as that of the developed countries. I wouldn’t be able to take an exact figure as I don’t know about the pay rate in your country.

  8. elister

HI, i want to pass the qualification exam on Index Project , is the course include it ? which course should i take? thank you

    1. Sam Narzary

No.. The course is only for Search Engine Evaluator project, also known as Yukon in Appen and Raterlabs.

  9. Vaibhav Bhonsle

There is a timer while we give the MCQ, exactly how much time is given to complete the MCQ?

    1. Sam Narzary

There don’t use to be a timer before. Previously, the questions (MCQs or otherwise) would expire in 90 mins and a new one would pop back up. Please read the guidelines and do let me know about it. It should be mentioned in the exam guidelines.

      1. Vaibhav Bhonsle

Yes the guideline says that it will expire in 90 mins.
        Thank you for your reply.
Also if I may ask, can we work for all 30 days of a month or is there a limitation to that?

        1. Sam Narzary

You can work for all 30 days as long as there are tasks available and as long as you maintain the minimum quality scores. US holidays and weekends are normally dry days–meaning no tasks.

  10. Aditya

Will I ever make 1500$ like you did once?
    With appen?

    1. Sam Narzary

With the current pay rate of $3/hr for Indians, it will be really really hard.

  11. Aditya

    American dollar aur Australian dollar??

  12. Aditya

Is there ever an increase in the pee hour pay?

  13. Vaibhav Bhonsle

What are the working hour limitations in Appen as a Search Engine Evaluator?
I’ll be giving the qualification test this week.

    1. Sam Narzary

2 hours per day in the first month. After one month your work will be reviewed. If you do good in reviews, you will work for unlimited hours.

      1. Vaibhav Bhonsle

Thank you for youe timely reply.
May I ask, what are the pay rates for the post in Appen?

        1. Sam Narzary

Its $3/hr for new Indian raters. You guys can earn a bonus of $250 if you are selected for search engine evaluator project- $150 if you work for at least 20 hours in your first 2 weeks and another $150 for another 20 hours in the next two weeks.

Old raters like us are paid $7/hr.

          1. Vaibhav Bhonsle

Will I ever get to 7$ per hour?

          2. Sam Narzary

It is unlikely now. There was a linguistic project listed for $15/hr though. It was for Hindi speakers with a degree in linguistics.

          3. Sam Narzary

It won’t be possible now. There are other projects that were listed for $15/hr. It was a linguistic project for Hindi speakers with a degree in linguistics.

  14. mona

Is it possible to pay for the course later?

    1. Sam Narzary

Unfortunately no. Courses are really really cheap.
